Jeyla Studio makes sending appointment reminders super easy. With the click of a button, you can send appointment reminder text messages to all your clients for appointments on any day. The timing of your reminders is up to you, 1, 2, 3... or any number of days before the appointment. You can repeat this as many times as you like. Jeyla Studio will keep track of appointments which have already had reminders and not send duplicates. Your clients can also opt out of receiving these reminders if they choose.

Here's an example of the text included in a reminder:

Hi Zoe. You have an appointment with Brooke from Jeyla Hair Studio on 23 Jan 2028 at 1:00pm

To send these messages, Jeyla Studio integrates with an external messaging platform called Twilio. Twilio is a global platform that provides messaging services to countries all over the world. To use this feature, create a Twilio account and enter the account details into your Jeyla Studio application (System Settings & Utilities > Application Settings > Appointment Reminders SMS/Text-Message). Once configured, Jeyla Studio will securely connect to Twilio and send your SMS reminder messages utlizing your Twilio account.

This functionality is available from Jeyla Studio version 7.0.0 onwards. An internet connection is required.
