We don't officially provide support for the desktop application. It is offered free and as is.

SMS / Text-message Appointment Reminders
Please contact Twilio support in the first instance. Twilio is the messaging platform that actually sends your text message reminders. They will be best placed to address any issues you have with your account or sending of messages.
Paid Subscription Based Services
A basic level of support is provided for any paid subscription based service.
This includes a commitment to investigate and resolve (where possible) issues related to the service. Communication is email based.
