We don't officially provide support for the desktop application. It is offered free and as is.
However, we would still like to hear of any problems you may experience and we will endeavour to help as best we can.

Free Appointment Reminder Service
A best effort level of support is provided for the free appointment reminder service.
We will endeavour to keep the service up and running and investigate issues related to the overall functioning of the service.
We will not investigate individual issues.
Paid Subscription Based Services
A basic level of support is provided for our paid subscription based services.
This includes a commitment to investigate and resolve (where possible) issues related to the service. Communication is email based.
