By subscribing to the appointment reminder service, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
- Your subscription cannot be shared or transferred.
- An internet connection is required to access the service.
- Jeyla Studio utilizes a trusted third party to send email. You acknowledge that outages may occur that are beyond Jeyla Studio's control.
- Email delivery is not guaranteed.
- Jeyla Studio will not be liable for any loss (indirect, special, incidental, consequential) attributed to reminder emails.
- You acknowledge that your clients' email provider may incorrectly identify reminder emails as spam and that this is out of Jeyla Studio's control. Jeyla Studio actively takes steps to reduce the probability of this occurring.
- You agree to honor your clients’ preferences in relation to opting-in or opting-out of receiving appointment reminder emails.
- If you own or run multiple salons, a subscription is required per salon.
- Fair use principles apply.
The privacy of your information is important.
The following information is submitted to Jeyla Studio in order to deliver an appointment reminder -
- Salon/business name.
- Salon/business phone number.
- Salon/business email address.
- Appointment's staff first name.
- Appointment's client first name.
- Appointment's client email address.
- Appointment's date and time.
Jeyla Studio will not disclose this information to any other party except where required to send an appointment reminder. Jeyla Studio will only use the submitted data for the purpose of appointment reminder emails.
