Step 1: Register

Register via your Jeyla Studio account to access the Online Appointment Service. Registration is free - you're under no obligation to subscribe. We’ll gift you a free first month subscription to trial the service.

Step 2: Check your service status and portal address

Once your access is set up, your account dashboard will show:

  • Service status - ON or OFF (toggle this to disable customer access anytime).
  • Portal web address - the web address your customers will use to book appointments.

Step 3: Enable syncing

Your portal won't work until you sync at least once. To start syncing:

  1. Open the Jeyla Studio desktop application.
  2. Go to System Settings & Utilities.
  3. Select Subscriptions > Online Appointments.
  4. Toggle 'Sync with Online Appointment Service' to On.
If the toggle is disabled, you haven't entered your Jeyla Studio account details into the application yet. Add your account details and try again.

That's it!

Your online booking portal should now be functional. Make sure you have updated the details of the staff and services that you wish to be available online.
